When we set out to become a GPON virtual network operator, we had clear objectives: reduce operating expenses, implement services faster, get more strategic partners, and launch new services, among others. The idea was to create a platform to facilitate multi-country operations for passive and active FTTH service providers.
By using a SaaS business model, we were able to eliminate unnecessary concerns, such as infrastructure investment and operation, and allowed us to offer customized wholesale services of excellence to CSPs.
It is now much easier for CSPs to innovate, integrate new solutions with legacy systems, optimize staff, reduce operating expenses, and accelerate time to revenue. As a result, Symphonica has been adopted in 3 countries in Latin America and will be expanded to other countries as we continue deploying our wholesale FTTH service.
