Frequently asked questions

Everytime Symphonica performs an operation on an external system, it counts as a beat. For example, when you execute a Service Order to activate a data service that configures a port in a router, test the port status and updates an external inventory system, each counts as a beat.

Beats can be triggered from an external system by calling an API, or by a Symphonica’s web/mobile application, scheduled job, bulk or orchestration process.

Depending on the complexity of the use case you’re automating, your workflow can execute anywhere from one to multiple beats in a single run.

Don’t worry about using up all your beats before the end of the month. You can always pay overage or upgrade to a higher tier plan.

Symphonica will continue to run beyond your plan limit and you will be charged and overage rate per beat at the price defined in your subscription plan.

But don’t worry, we will let you know per notification as soon as you are approaching 75% and again at 90% of your subscription limits.

You can also upgrade your subscription plan at your convinience.

Beats expire every end of month.

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you’ll receive a discount compared to monthly payments.

We also provide discounts for multi-year contracts. Please contact sales for more information.

You can downgrade after the end of the term of your current contract.

You can always purchase additional support tickets or upgrade to Gold Support.

Gold Support:

  • 4 business hours response time, up to 24 tickets per year.
  • USD 60K per year OR 25% of your fees, whichever is greater.
