Intraway and ETIYA Develop Agile Network Slice Monetization Solution Enabling Instant Creation and Provisioning of Services for a Superior Customer Experience

Miami, FL – September 13, 2022 – Intraway, a leading global provider of Operations Support Systems (OSS) automated provisioning solutions, and Etiya, a leading software company providing superior customer experience-focused AI-driven digital transformation solutions,  announced today the development of a fully integrated slice creation and management system that allows operators to craft, provision and instantiate services that are specifically tailored to a customer’s exact requirements.

Recently developed and to be introduced at the upcoming TM Forum DTW Conference in Copenhagen, the system consists of Intraway’s No-Code, TelcoCloud-based provisioning and service activation solution, Symphonica, and Etiya’s Network Commerce and Management Platform (NeTCom). The products will be communicating through a TMF641 interface and will illustrate use cases in manufacturing/B2B services and AV/VR gaming, showing service order definition, placement and provisioning for these two high-demand applications.

The manufacturing Use Case will illustrate the creation and placement of a service based on a customer’s need for Throughput, Latency and Reliability parameters defined for the service in Etiya’s NeTCoM. Those service order parameters will be sent via TMF641 to Symphonica for execution in the network to deliver the service instantly.

The AV/VR Use Case will be similar, emphasizing Latency characteristics and performance SLAs. Here, an operator or partner admin logs into NeTCom, prepares a slice template that defines the desired service, then communicates via TMF641 to the Service Orchestrator, Symphonica, where provisioning workflows are executed to align the network elements with the ordered service.

“This technology partnership with Etiya shows that Intraway is committed to enabling the Open Digital Architecture through extensive adoption of TMF standards,” said Mark Abolafia, SVP, Business Development and Global Channel Partners at Intraway. “The Etiya NeTCom platform represents best-in-class for a superior customer experience and allows tremendous flexibility for the user to generate the services they need when they need them.”

The solution will be shown at Etiya’s stand (321) on the Quad at Digital Transformation World. Below is a link to set up a time to come see us and learn more about the integrated solution: www.intraway.com/dtw
