Miami, July 20, 2015 – Intraway, a leading provider of software solutions for operations and business support (OSS/BSS) for telecommunications operators (CSPs) will be participating in the 25th annual Tepal conference that will be held in Panama on July 23 -24, 2015. At the event, the company will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of carrier-class solutions. Intraway will be featuring its Real-Time Universal Service Activator (RTUSA), which was awarded a Full Conformance Certificate for TM Forum’s Frameworx 14.0.
RTUSA is a next-generation platform for orchestrating service activation orders over the multiple accesses and multiple technologies that CSPs provide. It can be implemented for both fixed and mobile networks. It provides a quick implementation, adaptability, activation in real time, and easy management of transaction errors. It is platform agnostic to access methods and network topologies, which supports several technologies such as SDN/NFV, LTE-5G and ETTH, to provide a long-term protection for the inversion. It reduces the complexity of different provisioning systems on diverse network elements and, by being a highly-configurable system, it also provides considerable flexibility when facing constant changes to new services and technologies.
“RTUSA has been recently implemented by a multiplay Tier 1 operator, exceeding the expectations of the agreed deployment time and return on investment (ROI). In this implementation, the solution was integrated with more than 25 platforms, 45 connectors and 10 systems, replacing several legacy and ad-hoc systems. As a result, the error rate was reduced by 60%, recurrent incoming calls by 50% and the time to deploy new services was reduced to a third,” stated Lucas Lodeiro, Senior VP of Mobile & Telco at Intraway.
In addition to RTUSA, Intraway will be also showcasing the Network Scurity Platform, a modular platform to detect, prevent and monitor fraud on the network, thus protecting the operators’ revenue; the Advanced Network Monitor, a solution that corrects failures and errors on the network before they affect the service and the customer’s experience; Flexible IP Manager, which makes a seamless and efficient transition to IPv6; TechWizard, a solution that audits, certifies, and ensures the quality of the installation at the customer’s site in real time; and QX, a product that monitors the detailed status of the entire network in real time, and helps understand the client’s perception of the services provided.
