Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for generating, retaining and developing long-term relationships with new or current assigned customers. Besides, he/she is responsible for identifying business opportunities and launching Intraway products in new markets. He/she will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for sales with assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory.
- Assist with issue escalations as needed.
- Coordinates RFIs / RFPs responses.
- Incorporates the necessary products to provide customers with a complete solution.
Skills to be part of our amazing team:
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- High School degree mandatory, university degree desired (Administration, Marketing, IT Engineering preferred).
- Advance level of English.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards (not mandatory).
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Planning and organization.
