Security Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Leader to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud-based platform and protecting our clients’ sensitive data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, development, and operations, to implement and enforce best practices for security across all aspects of our solution.

As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for our cloud-based platform, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement secure solutions, including secure network architecture, secure coding practices, and secure deployment processes.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and industry standards, and proactively integrate them into our security practices.
• Conduct security awareness training for development teams, promoting a culture of security throughout the organization.
• Define and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Required skills to be part of our amazing team:

• Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably within the Telecom or cloud service provider industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts, best practices, and technologies, with hands-on experience in securing cloud-based platforms (preferably in AWS).
• In-depth understanding of network security, secure coding practices, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple security initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
