We are looking for a Customer Success Leader who is passionate about technology and willing to face new challenges

As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the management team to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offered by the company
  • Manage the complexity of service proposals, contracts, lease agreements and service level agreements
  • Maintain high client retention rates
  • Manage the Net Promoter program for assigned clients and maintain a consistently high volume of responses through direct outreach
  • Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands
  • Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers
  • Cross-selling and upselling services and solutions to existing accounts
  • Conduct online presentations that showcase the company’s services and products to active customers

Required skills to be part of our amazing team:

  • Previous experience in a similar position. Sales experience with selling relevant services and products.
  • Intermediate level of English preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards (not mandatory)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Goal and result oriented
  • Ownership & autonomy
  • Flexibility and adaptability. Ability to multi-task.
