Bilingual Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Bilingual Functional Analyst who is passionate about technologies and willing to face new challenges

As part of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Work with Presales and Sales to Attend meetings with Clients remotely or locally, for the definition of the scope of new projects and monitoring of ongoing projects
• Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals.
• Work with Engineering, Technology and other Product areas for the generation of SOWs (Scope of Work), Change Requests, Acceptance Testing Protocols, and detailed functional documents (FDD/EF)
• Assist engineering teams in developing, testing, and deploying new product features.
• Assist and participate in the execution of commercial projects
• Define, prioritize, and monitor the implementation of the Product Roadmap
• Supporting with customer presentations, demos, and deep product technical discussions

Required skills to be part of our amazing team:

• Mandatory:
  • Bilingual or advanced English level.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience defining use cases, GAP analysis, and change requests
• Highly Valued – We’re excited if you have this experience, but don’t worry if you don’t!
  • Networking knowledge (HFC, DAA RPD Technology)
• Desirable:
  • TMForum or MEF certifications
  • Experience in the telecom industry 
  • UX/UI Knowledge 
  • Web Services SOAP y REST, BD Sql y NoSql, Linux, Windows Knowledge
  • Project Management
