ADDING ORCHESTRATION TO MULTI-VENDOR NETWORKS

Everything telecom operators need to consider before adding orchestration to multi-vendor networks

Telecom operators know what they must do to become digital service providers and enable the migration to cloud, 5G and IoT – virtualize the multi-vendor network with a dynamic orchestration solution. And yes, an orchestration project is costly, time-consuming, and complex. But it’s a must to maximize the revenue potential and business agility of a network that runs on swivel chair processes and legacy systems.

Through years of partnering with operators in orchestration projects, we’ve gathered proven recommendations to help operators save time, minimize project costs, and get the most value for their investment.

Watch our webinar recording to hear an industry veteran discuss everything operators need to consider before embarking on an orchestration project and answer common questions such as:

  • How to define guiding principles to keep the project on track and on budget?
  • What are the must-haves of an orchestration solution and what questions you MUST ask vendors?
  • How does the solution interact with established fulfillment, activation and assurance processes – as well as any other process it touches?
  • What platforms will be affected and how do you prepare your teams to undertake the implementation?
