Before joining Intraway in 2015, Steve was Cbeyond’s Vice President, Platform Operations, responsible for Cbeyond’s customer facing support organizations. Prior to joining Cbeyond, Steve served as Vice President of Technology Operations at Cox Communications leading the technology teams that focus on service assurance and reliability and overseeing Cox’s 7×24 National Technical Operations Center and Tier IV operations functions supporting Cox Video, Cox High Speed Internet, Cox Digital Telephone, Cox Business Services and Cox’s wireless products. Before that, he spent nine years in western Europe with Infonet-Europe and 17 years with AT&T.
Currently, Steve oversees Intraway’s portfolio of OSS solutions for the pay-TV and broadband industry and leads the business development team in North America, as well as the technology roadmap that enables CSPs/MSOs to offer and support Dynamic services with zero touch in real time.
