Let yourself get greater earnings directing your users to a captive portal whenever they connect to the Internet. This portal will allow you to offer and sell more effectively a wide suite of value added products, as well as to enhance the communication with your customers.

In-debt Customer Management

Intraway has the functionality you need to literally forget about problems with deactivations. The captive portal can be used every time your subscriber tries to access any web site. Intraway redirects the customer to that portal and, for example, transmits some type of message. After reading the message, and according to management system specifications, the subscriber may or not continue browsing the web.

Debtors are a good example. After three days of bill expiration, the management system can request Intraway to send debtor subscribers the 'Expiration Reminder' message. After reading the message, the subscriber can keep on surfing the web. If after ten days the bill remains outstanding, the system can request to show 'Service Termination Warning', notifying that surfing is still active but if bill is not paid in three days’ time the service will be cut. Finally, after 13 days, the management system can request Intraway to send subscribers to 'Service Termination' message and navigation is disabled until bill is paid.

Self-Provisioning

Self-Provisioning allows installers or even subscribers, to activate the service (provisioning it) from the installation location creating automatically virtual ATM circuits and connection credentials.

Modems are activated automatically, and the activation data is sent by interfaces to the management system, saving time and avoiding human errors.

RF and SNR levels Control

Before activating ADSL modem, Intraway shows the installer signal power and signal/noise ratio levels which the service has when reaching the installation location. It is possible to configure Intraway for

preventing the customer from leaving the installer complete the installation and leave the location until these indicators are perfectly adjusted, assuring in this way the installation quality.

E-mail Accounts Management

Intraway has native interfaces that manage Qmail, Postfix and Isocor, among other mail servers. In addition, Intraway has the chance to manage its own domains and aliases.

Your subscribers can manage their e-mail accounts from the self-management site, without the need of contacting the call center either to create/delete accounts or to modify passwords.

Web Spaces Management

With Intraway you will be able to offer your customers Hosting services on Unix and Windows platforms. Your customers will be able to manage their

sites through the self-management portal, without the need of contacting the call center in order to create their web sites, manage the content, change passwords or delete sites.

On demand Bandwidth Purchase from Internet

Imagine your subscribers want to improve their bandwidth just for one day, and are willing to pay the additional cost. Would you discourage them to do so? Only Intraway allows your customers to connect to the self-management system and ask for a bandwidth upgrade for a limited period of time. When doing this petition, Intraway changes immediately the quality of service for

those subscribers, asking the different edge routers to prioritize the traffic from their PCs and notifies the management system to be able to process the petition and bill it accordingly. After the requested time elapses, Intraway returns the services to their original status.
