Intraway to Integrate v.1 Labs Product Suite

Intraway Corporation and v.1 Labs announced today that the two companies have reached a definitive agreement that will see Intraway embed solutions from the v.1 Labs product suite designed to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce overall customer support costs.

Intraway will embed the v.1 Labs Diskless Self Installation Wizard tool into its current Cable Modem self-provisioning portal, allowing operators to activate new subscriber’s devices without the cost and burden of hardened media such as CDs.

The v.1 Labs Front Line Suite will also become an integral component in the Intraway Service Delivery Platform for DOCSIS® and PacketCable™ networks allowing operators to significantly reduce inbound call volumes as well as call-handling times.
