Intraway Corporation’s CCAA (Contact Center Assisted Automation) solution is a decision tree, web-based application that integrates and centralizes information from external systems into a single application. By doing so, the CCAA solution improves customer experience by providing real solutions for end users. CCAA fully interacts with third party CRM, billing and ticketing systems, and, in the case of telecommunications service providers, with the service provisioning systems (network and customer premises devices). This integration in the decision tree structure provides contact center agents with a valuable tool, increasing their ability to solve problems and requests at the first level of customer service, from a single front end.
